Canada Province and Capital: Charlottetown Edward Island Prince Things

After leaving King's Castle Provincial park on the eastern end of Prince Edward Island we drove straight to Charlottetown, birthplace of Canada.

Just like Nova Scotia, we wanted a cheap Edward Island Prince vacation, and intended to camp but would also consider a Prince Edward Island hotel Charlottetown. We hit the visitor's center, had lunch, and kick around downtown (yes, looking for clothing, as Continental lost our luggage)

The photos of the young-uns playing in the water truly portray the relaxed vibe of this Canada province and capital city. Compared with Nova Scotia's Halifax, I liked the Canadian province and capital better. Well, actually, I liked the Nova Scotian province and the PEI capital best, both were relaxed. Halifax was to European busy-ish.

We didn't even think about finding a bed breakfast PEI.

These photos are primarily of my lobster supper PEI. Of course some people would call it my dinner lobster PEI style. Plus, it was actually lunch time. The terms dinner and supper are convenient even when it's a lobster lunch I'm after.

We didn't even look for accommodation Charlottetown PEI.

As we strolled around, looking through the various shops, in entered our mind that this was the town where Ann of Green Gables the book had Ann going to college.

And after a brief discussion of the story we couldn't recollect the time line Anne Green Gables to make better sense of the decade in which it was supposed to have taken place.

There was the hotel Canada Charlottetown. That's an amusing name to a bemused Eagles fan. In the song Hotel California, they "can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave." I know it's stretching it, but Hotel Canada Charlottetown is no Hotel California.

As we walked around downtown, we wondered what was available in terms of Charlottetown hotel PEI variety.

Yes we did Charlottetown Edward Island Prince things before leaving for the west side of PEI and Cap Egmont bottle houses. So we left Charlottetown, PEI.
